Greed is Stupidity Personified

Can you imagine people who display their lust for possession of a rock by changing laws, bullying other people, and violently forcing others to follow their rules? The rock I’m talking about is gold. A simple, ordinary element in the universe's structure controls these people. The rock isn’t that important anymore. Now it’s intangible ones and zeros hidden from view on electromechanical, human-made machines called hard drives. The ones and zeros aren’t real, yet they are more critical to these small-minded, narrow-focused people than their own lives. The material items that the ones and zeros allow them to purchase make them feel like their net worth is greater than that of anyone else, and their goal is to accrue more ones and zeros than their neighbours or people from other places, for the sake of ostentation and stature. They believe that the most successful person is the one with the most possessions. Toys, whose novelty wears off seconds after the purchase. Does this sound like someone intelligent?

I’m sitting naked outside my trailer at Bare Oaks, listening to birds singing and silence. The park is still asleep. There’s no wind. There’s a calmness that I’m engulfed by. It’s a stark contrast to the hustle, hassle, and unrelenting stress of slavery I experience when I’m not here. Peace is what’s happening. I’m not lonely. I’m not hungry. I’m not cold. I feel secure. I have no stress or fear. I believe I am no better than anyone, and no one is better than me. It’s the way we should all be. Equal in every aspect. Free.

The greedy people have no idea of who they are and what they are. They’ve never experienced freedom in their lives. They’ve been indoctrinated from birth to win at all costs, and winning is measured with money. They believe that freedom means having more material possessions and a greater net worth than anyone else, as well as a social network that, at any turn, could suck the life out of them. But they don’t care about that. They don’t think about others. Their only concern is themselves and their bottom line, or how their cultural ideology, theology, and or their political stance must be enforced. I feel sorry for them. They don’t realize that they are bigger than any of that. That awareness would put them a rung higher on the intellectual scale. But just a low rung. They LOVE a rock.

Does it sound intelligent to launch people off of the only planet that can support human life to a place that is hostile to it? It makes no sense. What makes sense is spending the money on remediating the damage that greedy people have done to the planet in the past. Ripping out minerals, mixing chemicals for profits and disposing of the waste in such a manner that the pure water and environment are now polluted and are linked to causing illness. Who will hold these companies accountable for their greed? No one. Their wealth and power make it impossible for average people to seek compensation for Mother Earth. The corrupt judiciary and political insanitutions won’t let ordinary, natural people win.

The greedy think they own property. That they possess a chunk of land. I hate to break it to them, but they don't own a damn thing. They only have the use of what they need to survive while they’re here on Mother Earth. Mother Earth owns them. Perhaps they should use their wealth and power to care for the planet that sustains them. But there’s no profit in taking care of Mother Earth. There’s no profit in ensuring that everyone, all eight billion human beings, has access to fresh air and drinking water. The two are most polluted by greedy corporations and the people who run them.

The oligarchs are the saddest people of all. I feel deeply sorry for them. Their ignorant, human rights infringing behaviour, and lust for power and control are stupidity personified. They are children bullying people into adhering to their agendas. Such childishness on this large a scale is outrageous, and the entire world is starting to get outraged. If they push their ideology, theology, compliance, and conformity on anyone long enough, they’ll meet with great resistance. But the greedy ones have the money to hire evil-minded dimwits to subdue those who would resist violently. Wars, illegal incarceration, kidnapping, and murder are what these idiots get great elation through. When I think about it, these behaviours are psychopathy. A global rebellion is on its way. Maybe a naked revolution.

They are entirely unaware of their own spiritual, conscious being and the proper application of their intellect. They don’t understand that life is more precious than a rock or ones and zeros. They’re not experiencing freedom when they climb aboard their private jet and change geographic location while counting their hoarded ones and zeros. They’re enslaved. They voluntarily enslave themselves to schedules, calendars, business associates, lenders, and borrowers to acquire more money to pay for it all. They spend two to three hours a day at the gym in the company of someone with whom they are trying to make sharp deals. They think of ways to obtain more monetary value than they provide in use value. Their leisure time is consumed by business. A golf game can turn into a business transaction or a directive to accumulate more wealth. They can possess a great deal of material wealth, but they suffer from a poverty of personality and lack a clear understanding of what freedom is. They may have vast amounts of charisma, but they lack depth of character. I doubt they could sit quietly for sixty minutes in the wild, listening to the birds’ songs and the wind rustling through the leaves. They’d go insane trying to be a human being. Their human-doing lifestyle has corrupted them completely. It’s a sad state.

Freedom is being able to be. It’s the ability to experience everything life has to offer for free. Travel without borders, papers, and the label of being the property of one nation or another, or some religious cult. Nations are unnatural entities also constructed from the abuse of intellect humans have suffered for thousands of years. Just as unnatural as lust for a rock and dominance.

Freedom is pursuing interests without fear of criticism and behaving in a manner of choice that doesn’t harm anyone or infringe on the rights of others. It’s about co-creating things that benefit all of humanity, working with friends, and fostering security in communities. It’s about caring for each other and being cared for. I just described Naturism and the natural way to live. Would you like to experience freedom, peace, and a stressless way to live? I suggest you shed your skins of oppression, join a Naturist or Nudist community, learn to be authentic and selfless, and experience free living.
