Oh my god, oh my god, I CAN SEE! I can see all the beauty in my world. I can see all the beauty in all people. I can see the beauty in the concrete jungle where I live. I can see all the beauty in the woods. I can see all that surrounds me and enjoy and appreciate it all. Thank you, Nature, for allowing me to see through this body I am the soul of. I am blessed.
Oh my god! I can taste things. I can taste the flavours of the food that Mother Earth provides. I can taste my coffee. I can taste my food. I can taste the breath of the person I’m kissing, feel their love, and give my love in a gentle embrace. I am blessed.
OH, GOD! I can hear! I can hear the songs of the birds. I can hear the wind through the trees. I can hear the rumble of the cars, trucks, buses, and trains. I can listen to the roar of the jets taking off and flying free. I can hear the voice of my loved ones as they take to me with love and affection. I can listen to my heartbeat with love and fearless freedom. Thank you, Nature, for giving me this gift. I am blessed.
Oh god, I can smell things. I can smell the beautiful fragrances of the food I eat and the flowers in the garden. The not-so-good odours of the concrete jungle. I can sell all the love that Mother Earth provides. I am blessed.
Oh my god, I can feel things! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nature, for allowing me to feel the warm, loving touch of another human. Thank you for allowing me to feel the loving energy and warmth of the sun on my genitals, legs, torso, and whole body! Thank you for allowing me to feel Mother Earth against my skin as I lay on the sand of the beach with my feet and legs in the lake water, caressing my skin with all its love and energy so that I can live. Thank you for this unique ability to sense my world. I am blessed.
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Nature for Mother Earth and my body so that I can experience all of this and give love to all things and everyone. Thank you for guiding me to help people find peace and happiness. Thank you for the challenges I face so I can grow. Thank you for the freedom from oppression. Thank you for all the blessings you provide me every moment of every waking awareness. I am blessed.
